Training History
We began training in 2001, emphasizing machine-based exercises with minimal free weights. Cary quickly saw results and maintained her progress for years. We also adjusted eating habits, replacing sodas with healthier alternatives. Cary continues to consult periodically to refine techniques as her body ages.
