RYAN V OVER 45

HISTORY

I met Ryan approximately 2-3 years ago at his restaurant at 303 Sports Grill in Littleton Colorado. Ryan happens to be one of the co-owners of this local business.
When we first met, he asked me what I did for a living and I explained that I was a retired firefighter and I was looking at creating as new online business that
provides workout programs for people in their 40s 50s and 60s . He immediately stated that he was in his mid-40s and was looking for some help on how to lose
weight and try to look more fit as he was gaining weight each year in the wrong areas. , After I told him my age, which was 58 years old at the time, he stated he
would like me to train him as he was amazed at my fitness level and more my symmetrical balance especially for someone that is nearly 60 years old.

I was able to sit down with Ryan last March of 2021 and we set out his personal goals and plugged his numbers in to the symmetrical balance calculator and stated
these would be the numbers he should be striving for especially in his abdomen area which he was mainly concerned about. I explained to him by working on his
upper body specifically his chest and shoulders and developed them a little more, he will actually help his overall physique balance. We put together a workout
program for all body parts and also discussed a meal program that would best fit his lifestyle and help him achieve his goals sooner than later. Within the first two
months of training Ryan started to receive multiple comments from many customers at his restaurant regarding his physique and wanted to know what he was
doing different, which he explained he had a new fitness trainer and was on a new program that was designed to help him not only reshape his mid-torso but
enhance his upper body.

Below or Ryan’s symmetrical balance numbers show where he started and what he accomplished in the first six months of training. As part of the Fitness training
program I check in periodically with Ryan and schedule workouts every 2 to 3 months to reevaluate and observe his training techniques. I will also make any
adjustments to the program needed to continue to achieve the goals we had set. As of this last summer in 2022 Ryan wants to change his overall goals and increase
his body weight buy 10 to 15 lb (190 to 195lbs) and adjust all his numbers to align with his new goals. Ryan and I will sit down here in the near future once his
schedule has opened up and plug in the new numbers which will increase by 5 to 8% to align with his body weight increase. We will also set a goal of 15 to 18%
body fat for the new goals. As mentioned above we have attached Ryan’s 2021 symmetrical balance physique numbers and will update his new numbers and keep
the website updated as to his progress.

ENDORSEMENT

I met Tom sometime back in 2019. I remember him coming into the 303 Sports Grill often and was impressed upon his physique as it appeared to be aesthetically balanced especially compared to most weightlifters I see in the gym. I eventually introduced myself and found out he was a newly-retired local firefighter and a former Fire Chief. After several conversations over the following months I became shocked when I found out that he was just under 2 years away from being 60 years old. I found it shocking to know someone who was as fit as Tom was, especially at that age. I figured he must know what he’s doing
to be able to accomplish what he has and immediately assumed he would be a great fitness trainer, especially for 40, 50 & 60 year olds as he has already experienced it and quite honestly is truly a walking billboard of true symmetrical balance for a male, especially now that he is 60.

What I found cool and amazing was that many of our patrons who frequent the 303 Sports Grill have a great deal of respect for Tom and many of our male patrons have stated they wish they could have his physique.

Once Covid-19 started to slow down here in the Denver metro area, I asked Tom if he would personally train me as I wanted to lose some weight around the midsection but I also wanted to create a more toned physique. Within one month of training I had already noticed a difference in the way my clothes were fitting and was getting numerous comments from patrons that they could see already a change in my physique. It was at 3 months where I really started to see a difference and noticed some of my symmetrical balance numbers were starting to change. At the six-month mark we were able to sit down and evaluate my existing goals and I had achieved 80 to 90% of my with Tom’s continuous support. It has now been a year and I have decided to change my goals And I’ve asked Tom to help me gained another 10 to 15 lb and to maintain the symmetrical balance along with a low body fat. I am looking forward to this
next phase of the program and I would encourage anyone who needs help with Fitness training but they reach out to Tom as he has an excellent program that he
