BETH H OVER 55
HISTORY
Beth and I met back in early 2002. She is 58 years young, just two years younger than I am and looks absolutely amazing for her existing age. She was in really good shape when I first met her so we did not have to do very many changes to get her numbers symmetrically balanced. Beth’s main focus has been on her midsection and hips where she is within 1 to 2 inches of her ideal symmetrical numbers.
When we first trained together, our main focus was on proper techniques in both lifting free weights and machines and using good posture and positioning to maximize her results. We also focused on using the right equipment to be able to chisel her body in the areas she needed most, like shoulders, arms and thighs. We also reduced the amount of free weights in her routine and used mostly machines to sculpt her physique based on her age.
Beth still deals with ongoing issues regarding her midsection as most women do her age. She follows a regimented workout 4 to 5x each week, which includes 30 minutes of cardio and try’s to change up her routines every 2-3 months. She follows a low fat, low carb diet eating two meals a day and snacks on nuts or a small salad through the day when hungry.

ENDORSEMENT
I met Tom back in 2002 and was quite impressed with his physique especially for his age at the time. I believe he was approaching 40 years old and happened to be preparing for the 2002 Colorado Rocky Mountain Bodybuilding contest, which he ended up winning 1st place Masters Division. I was very impressed with his lifting techniques and his ability to achieve a very balanced and appealing physique.
I also liked the fact that he was not extremely massive like most other bodybuilding competitors, but was more of a fitness bodybuilder with a more attractive body, which I would consider an athletic physique.
As Tom already stated, he was able to show me the way to lift weights properly in an effort to gain better results. For example, I remember early on he showed me how to properly use the tricep press down cable. I thought I was doing it right for many years but Tom showed me that I was standing too far away from the cable line and bar, my feet needed to be closer and I was not using the proper range of motion to isolate the triceps. After those few changes on just one of my tricep routines, I noticed an immediate difference in using only the tricep and began to see significant changes in my arms within 3-4 weeks. Tom was able to do this with many other routines of mine and added many new ones stressing proper lifting techniques and posture and I saw a physical difference in my overall upper physique within a couple months.
Tom’s knowledge of how to use machines and low weight free-weights in the gym is amazing. He knows what routines will specifically help in certain specific muscle groups to obtain results. I really like his Symmetrical Balance numbers, which are generated by his website calculator, as I use those specific measurements to set my ongoing fitness shape goals.
