IAN M OVER 50

HISTORY

I met Ian in April 2022 through Ryan Volk (Owner) at 303 Sports Grill in Littleton Colorado. Ian happens to be a web designer amongst numerous other businesses he has. When we first met, he stated he had heard through Ryan that I was looking at starting a new business through a new website that provides workout programs for people in their 40s 50s and 60s. Ian stated that he was in his mid-50s and was looking for some help on how to lose weight and try to look fit. After I told him my age, which was coming up on 60 years old at the time, he stated he would like me to train him, as he was amazed at my fitness level at my age. He wanted to obtain a more symmetrically balanced physique and stated he figured I must know something about fitness, and hoped I could help him as he was in his early-50’s. I was able to sit down with Ian this last May of 2022 and we set out his personal goals, plugged his numbers in to the symmetrical balance calculator, and identified the numbers he should be striving for especially in his abdomen area, which he was mainly concerned about. I explained to him by working on his upper body specifically his chest and shoulders and developed them a little more, he will help his overall physique balance. We put together a workout program for all body parts and went to the gym for over a dozen workouts to show proper lifting techniques.

Below are Ian’s Symmetrical Balance numbers showing his overall fitness goals. As part of the Fitness training program, I check in periodically with Ian and schedule workouts every 2 to 3 months to reevaluate and observe his training techniques. I will also make any adjustments to the program needed
to continue to achieve the goals we had set.

ENDORSEMENT

I met Tom sometime back in early 2022. I remember him coming into the 303 Sports Grill often and was impressed upon his physique, as it appeared to be balanced especially compared to most weightlifters I see in the gym. I eventually introduced myself and mentioned how Ryan Volk (Owner 303 Sport Grill) had talked about him and that I was interested in personalizing my fitness training. I must admit I was shocked and found it hard to believe Tom was nearly 60 years old. I figured he must know what he is doing to be able to accomplish what he has and immediately assumed he would be a great fitness trainer, especially for 40, 50 and 60 year old’s as he has already experienced it and quite honestly is truly a walking billboard of true symmetrical balance for a male, especially now that he is 60. I was amazed once Tom started to train me. I found that my lifting methods that I was doing for years were all wrong and my technique was especially off and preventing me from seeing any real changes. Within a few weeks I began to feel changes. I am looking forward to these next few months of the program and I would encourage anyone who needs help with Fitness training that they reach out to Tom as he has an excellent program that he can cater to anyone’s situation.
